At Homelife (Leeds) Ltd we aim to assist people who are Deaf and Hearing impaired and or have complex additional needs, to live as independently as possible, and enhance their quality of life.
Our Domiciliary Care & Support Services are person centered whether delivered in the home or in a community setting. People using our service can access our Learning & Support Centre (Open Space) which is based close to the Centre of Leeds.
Our company was established in 2003. The directors, Edward Pollard and Gurdial Digwa, both have close links with the local and wider deaf community and have a wealth of residential home and retail community service experience. All our managers have extensive experience working with vulnerable adults from both the deaf and learning disabled community services. Homelife believes greatly in supporting a diverse range of Individuals, with sensory impairment or additional learning needs, coming from a variety of cultural and social backgrounds.
From Openspace we can also provide respite support on a daily basis mon to fri or respite Holidays both in the UK and abroad with personal assistants to enable Individual support needs to be met, enabling individuals to live as independently as possible with support from trained staff and specialist communication support workers.
