We provide support to people across 3 shared homes in North Leeds. Each person has their own tenancy agreement and private living space with shared kitchen and communal areas.
We support Deaf adults over the age of 18 who have additional and often complex needs e.g. learning disability or mental health.
We keep people safe, provide the support they need to live independent and make thier own choices.
We have on site staff including a sleeping night shift so there is always someone to provide support. Additional PA hours can be added for activities in the community.
Our staff are all Deaf so can communicate with Service Users in their own language. Everyone goes through a comprehensive selection and induction training programme. We provide regular training to make sure people have the skills required to do their job including safeguarding, first aid, MCA, DOLS, Infection Control, medication, de-escalation and many more.
All staff have enhanced DBS checks every 3 years
